Financial Accountability

We take our responsibility as Stewards of the resources of this Ministry very seriously and have therefore chosen to be held to extremely high standards of accountability. As members of ECFA [Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability] we demonstrate a tangible assurance to our donors that their contributions are being handled in accordance with high standards of integrity. We know that this gives donors confidence to invest in the Kingdom Missions of New Life Solutions.
2 Corinthians 8:21 (NIV): “For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of men.” Or, as the New American Standard puts it in verses 20 and 21, “taking precaution that no one should discredit us in our administration of this generous gift, for we have regard for what is honorable, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men.”
ECFA is an accreditation agency dedicated to helping Christian ministries earn the public’s trust through adherence to Seven Standards of Responsible StewardshipTM. Founded in 1979, ECFA provides accreditation to leading Christian nonprofit organizations that faithfully demonstrate compliance with established standards for financial accountability, fund-raising and board governance. Members include Christian ministries, denominations, churches, educational institutions and other tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations. Collectively, these organizations represent more than $18 billion in annual revenue.
ECFA’s Seven Standards of Responsible StewardshipTM focus on board governance, financial transparency, integrity in fund-raising, and proper use of charity resources.
Thank you so much for partnering with New Life Solutions to make an eternal difference in the Mission Field of Pinellas County.
